**Last Updated: August 28, 2026**

Welcome to **Tai Chi Hub USA**.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of **TaiChiHubUSA.com**, including its directory, listings, accounts, listing claim functionality, submissions, reviews, communications, lead forms, paid services, advertising features, and any other products, features, or services made available through the Website (collectively, the "Services").

In these Terms, "Tai Chi Hub USA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of TaiChiHubUSA.com.

"You" and "your" refer to any visitor, registered user, business owner, instructor, organization, listing claimant, advertiser, subscriber, purchaser, or other person accessing or using the Services.

By accessing or using TaiChiHubUSA.com, creating an account, submitting or claiming a listing, purchasing a paid service, submitting a review, contacting a provider through the Website, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

## 1. About Tai Chi Hub USA

Tai Chi Hub USA operates an online directory intended to help users discover Tai Chi instructors, schools, academies, classes, organizations, community programs, recreation programs, senior programs, Qigong and Tai Chi providers, and related services throughout the United States.

The Website may contain listings created by Tai Chi Hub USA, information collected from publicly available sources, listings submitted by providers or users, listings claimed by their owners or authorized representatives, sponsored listings, Featured listings, advertisements, third-party information, user reviews, and other content.

Tai Chi Hub USA is primarily an information and directory service.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, **Tai Chi Hub USA does not own, operate, employ, control, manage, supervise, license, certify, or represent the independent Tai Chi instructors, schools, businesses, venues, organizations, or programs listed on the Website.**

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to:

- create a business account;
- claim a listing;
- submit a commercial listing;
- purchase paid Services;
- enter into advertising arrangements; or
- otherwise enter into a legally binding agreement with Tai Chi Hub USA.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, school, instructor, organization, studio, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

## 3. Directory Information

Tai Chi Hub USA may create and maintain directory listings using information obtained from sources including:

- official provider websites;
- public business websites;
- official social media pages;
- publicly accessible business directories;
- Google Maps or other mapping services;
- government websites;
- recreation department websites;
- library websites;
- senior center websites;
- YMCA or community organization websites;
- publicly available schedules;
- publicly available contact information;
- submissions from users or businesses; and
- other sources we reasonably consider relevant.

A provider does not need to have created or claimed a listing for a listing to appear on TaiChiHubUSA.com.

The existence of a listing does not by itself create a contractual relationship between Tai Chi Hub USA and the listed provider.

## 4. Accuracy of Listings

We attempt to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but directory information can change frequently.

Addresses, phone numbers, instructors, schedules, pricing, websites, availability, class formats, services, ratings, images, and other information may become outdated without notice.

Tai Chi Hub USA does not warrant that every listing is complete, current, error-free, or continuously available.

Users should independently verify important information directly with the provider before visiting a location, purchasing a service, attending a class, or making any other decision.

If you identify inaccurate information, you may use available listing correction tools or contact:

**info@taichihubusa.com**

## 5. Provider Independence

Businesses and providers appearing on TaiChiHubUSA.com are independent third parties unless expressly identified otherwise.

Tai Chi Hub USA is not a party to transactions or agreements between users and listed providers.

Any:

- class registration;
- membership;
- instruction;
- consultation;
- purchase;
- payment;
- refund;
- cancellation;
- scheduling arrangement;
- injury waiver;
- contract;
- dispute; or
- other relationship

between a user and a listed provider is solely between those parties.

Tai Chi Hub USA is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, facilities, products, representations, safety practices, professional qualifications, insurance coverage, or conduct of a listed provider.

## 6. Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- protecting access to your account;
- all activity conducted through your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person or business or create an account using information that you are not authorized to use.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, compromised, or in violation of these Terms.

## 7. Claiming a Listing

Tai Chi Hub USA may allow businesses, instructors, organizations, or authorized representatives to claim existing listings.

Claiming a listing allows an approved claimant to access certain tools for managing or updating that listing.

To claim a listing, you represent and warrant that:

- you are the business owner, instructor, authorized employee, officer, agent, or authorized representative of the listed provider;
- you have authority to manage the listing;
- information submitted during the claim process is truthful;
- you will provide verification information if requested; and
- you will not claim a listing belonging to another person or organization without authorization.

We may use email verification, website verification, documentation, payment information, manual review, invitation links, or other reasonable methods to evaluate a claim.

We may approve, reject, request additional information about, suspend, or revoke any claim.

## 8. Paid Listing Claims

Tai Chi Hub USA may charge a fee for claiming certain listings or for specific claim-related services.

The existence of a fee does not guarantee approval of a fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed claim.

Where a paid claim is offered, the price and included features will be displayed before purchase.

A claim fee may cover services such as:

- account access;
- listing management functionality;
- premium listing features;
- enhanced profile options;
- Featured status;
- Verified status;
- promotional tools; or
- other benefits identified at checkout.

**Paying a claim fee does not purchase ownership of Tai Chi Hub USA's directory record, database, page, URL, ranking system, or publicly available factual information.**

A claimant receives only the rights expressly provided by the applicable claim plan.

## 9. Ownership Disputes

If more than one person claims authority over a listing, Tai Chi Hub USA may temporarily restrict editing privileges while the dispute is reviewed.

We may request evidence of authority, including:

- access to the provider's official email domain;
- business documentation;
- website control;
- government registration;
- identity verification;
- written authorization; or
- other reasonable evidence.

Tai Chi Hub USA is not required to adjudicate complex ownership, employment, partnership, trademark, franchise, or corporate disputes.

If ownership cannot reasonably be established, we may suspend claim privileges until the parties resolve the dispute independently.

## 10. Effect of Claiming a Listing

Claiming a listing does not give the claimant unrestricted control over the public page.

Tai Chi Hub USA retains editorial and administrative control over the Website and directory.

We may correct, reorganize, format, supplement, moderate, remove, restore, or modify listing information when reasonably necessary to:

- maintain directory accuracy;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with law;
- protect users;
- prevent abuse;
- maintain formatting or taxonomy;
- resolve duplicates;
- preserve directory integrity; or
- distinguish paid and organic content.

A claimant may not require Tai Chi Hub USA to publish information that violates these Terms.

## 11. Public Listing Submissions

Tai Chi Hub USA may permit users and businesses to submit new listings.

Submission does not guarantee publication.

All submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, delayed, merged with an existing listing, or removed.

We may reject submissions that are:

- duplicates;
- outside the scope of Tai Chi Hub USA;
- misleading;
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- promotional spam;
- unrelated to Tai Chi or relevant services;
- unlawful;
- fraudulent; or
- otherwise inconsistent with our directory standards.

We may also combine a submitted listing with an existing directory listing for the same provider.

## 12. Paid Listing Submissions

We may offer paid listing submission plans.

Depending on the plan, a paid listing may include features such as:

- publication eligibility;
- additional listing fields;
- images;
- expanded descriptions;
- Featured placement;
- Verified status;
- additional visibility;
- promotional features;
- lead functionality;
- enhanced profile management; or
- other features described at checkout.

Payment does not give a user the right to publish unlawful, deceptive, inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

We may refuse or remove a paid listing that violates these Terms.

## 13. Free and Paid Listings

Tai Chi Hub USA may offer both free and paid listings.

Free listings may have different functionality, presentation, visibility, or management options from paid listings.

We may change the features offered under free or paid plans from time to time.

Where legally required or commercially appropriate, material changes affecting an active paid subscription will take effect at renewal or after appropriate notice.

## 14. Featured Listings

Certain paid plans or promotions may provide Featured status.

Featured status may affect where or how a listing appears on TaiChiHubUSA.com.

For example, Featured listings may receive:

- more prominent placement;
- enhanced visual treatment;
- badges;
- additional exposure; or
- inclusion in promotional sections.

**Featured status is an advertising or visibility feature.**

It does not mean Tai Chi Hub USA has independently determined that the provider is superior to other providers.

## 15. Verified Listings

Tai Chi Hub USA may display a "Verified" badge or similar indicator.

A Verified badge means only that the listing has satisfied the verification criteria established by Tai Chi Hub USA for that feature at the relevant time.

Those criteria may include, depending on the applicable feature or plan:

- account verification;
- email verification;
- claim verification;
- administrative review;
- provider confirmation;
- purchase of an eligible plan; or
- another verification process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

**A Verified badge does not mean that Tai Chi Hub USA has verified every claim made by the provider.**

It does not constitute a guarantee of:

- professional competence;
- instructor certification;
- licensure;
- insurance;
- safety;
- teaching quality;
- background checks;
- financial condition;
- legal compliance;
- customer satisfaction; or
- suitability for any particular user.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

## 16. Sponsored Content and Advertising

Tai Chi Hub USA may sell advertising, sponsorships, sponsored placements, promoted listings, banners, or other advertising services.

Sponsored or advertising content may receive enhanced visibility.

Where appropriate, advertising may be identified using labels such as:

- Sponsored;
- Featured;
- Promoted;
- Advertisement; or
- similar disclosure.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising materials are truthful, lawful, appropriately substantiated, and compliant with applicable advertising rules.

We may reject or remove advertisements at our discretion if they violate our policies or applicable law.

## 17. Paid Services

Tai Chi Hub USA may offer paid services including, without limitation:

- paid listing submissions;
- premium listings;
- listing claims;
- premium claim plans;
- recurring subscriptions;
- Featured listings;
- Verified upgrades;
- sponsored placements;
- advertisements;
- profile upgrades;
- enhanced visibility;
- lead access;
- lead credit packages;
- promotional services; and
- other paid products or services.

The specific price, billing period, features, limitations, and other material terms of a paid service will be displayed on the applicable pricing page or checkout screen.

Additional checkout-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.

## 18. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Tai Chi Hub USA generally does not receive or store your complete payment card information when payment is handled by a third-party processor.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it current.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be governed by the payment provider's own terms and privacy policy.

## 19. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain Services may be sold as recurring monthly, annual, or other periodic subscriptions.

Where a subscription is identified as automatically renewing, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current paid billing period.

Premium functionality may continue until the end of the applicable billing period.

After cancellation, expiration, non-payment, or termination of a subscription, features associated with the paid plan may be removed or downgraded.

This may include removal of:

- Featured status;
- Verified status;
- premium visibility;
- expanded profile features;
- premium management functions; or
- other plan-specific benefits.

## 20. Prices and Changes

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

We may change pricing for future purchases or subscription renewals.

A price change will not retroactively increase a completed one-time transaction.

For recurring subscriptions, updated pricing may take effect on a future renewal after any notice required by applicable law.

Promotional prices, introductory offers, discounts, coupons, or special plans may be subject to additional conditions.

## 21. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes unless stated otherwise.

Taxes may be calculated and collected by Tai Chi Hub USA or the applicable payment processor where required.

You are responsible for taxes that applicable law requires you to pay in connection with your purchase, except taxes imposed directly on Tai Chi Hub USA's income.

## 22. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, **payments for activated or delivered paid Services are non-refundable**.

This includes payments for:

- listing submissions;
- listing upgrades;
- claims;
- Featured status;
- Verified upgrades;
- advertising;
- sponsored placements; and
- subscription periods already charged.

Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a prorated refund for the current billing period.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or material billing errors should be reported promptly to:

**info@taichihubusa.com**

## 23. Failed Payments

If a recurring or required payment fails, we may:

- retry the payment;
- notify the account holder;
- restrict premium functionality;
- suspend publication;
- remove premium badges;
- remove Featured status;
- downgrade the listing;
- suspend the account; or
- terminate the applicable paid service.

You remain responsible for properly authorized charges incurred before cancellation or termination.

## 24. User Content

"User Content" includes content submitted to Tai Chi Hub USA by users or listing owners, including:

- descriptions;
- business information;
- images;
- logos;
- videos;
- reviews;
- responses;
- comments;
- schedules;
- prices;
- contact information;
- social links;
- promotional material; and
- other submissions.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Tai Chi Hub USA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve the directory and Services.

This license continues for as long as the content is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law.

## 25. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

You represent and warrant that:

- you have the right to submit the content;
- your submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
- information you provide is materially accurate;
- you will not intentionally misrepresent qualifications, pricing, schedules, services, or business identity;
- images and logos may lawfully be used for the purposes submitted;
- your content complies with applicable law; and
- your content complies with these Terms.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit without proper rights or authorization.

## 26. Public Information Added by Tai Chi Hub USA

Tai Chi Hub USA may independently add factual or descriptive information obtained from public sources to a listing.

A listing claimant does not automatically obtain ownership of publicly available facts simply by claiming the listing.

We may continue to display accurate factual information where legally permitted even if a provider does not purchase a service from us.

Paid participation is not required merely for a business to be included in the directory.

## 27. Reviews and Ratings

Tai Chi Hub USA may allow visitors to submit ratings, written reviews, and other feedback regarding listed providers.

Reviews represent the views of the person submitting them and not necessarily the views of Tai Chi Hub USA.

A reviewer must not:

- submit a knowingly false review;
- review a provider they have never interacted with while pretending otherwise;
- impersonate another person;
- submit defamatory or unlawful content;
- threaten or harass individuals;
- post private or sensitive personal information;
- manipulate ratings;
- submit fake positive or negative reviews;
- coordinate review manipulation;
- accept undisclosed compensation for a review where disclosure is required; or
- use reviews to extort a business.

Businesses must not submit or arrange fake reviews of themselves or competitors.

## 28. Review Moderation

Tai Chi Hub USA may moderate reviews.

We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, hide, investigate, or remove a review where we reasonably believe it:

- violates these Terms;
- appears fraudulent;
- contains unlawful material;
- contains personal information;
- is irrelevant;
- is spam;
- presents an abuse or security concern; or
- otherwise undermines the integrity of the review system.

Publication of a review does not mean Tai Chi Hub USA has independently verified every factual statement contained in that review.

## 29. Provider Responses to Reviews

Where functionality is available, claimed listing owners may be permitted to respond publicly to reviews.

Responses must comply with the same standards applicable to other User Content.

Providers must not disclose confidential, medical, private, or sensitive information about a reviewer in response to criticism.

Tai Chi Hub USA may remove provider responses that violate these Terms.

## 30. Leads and Contact Requests

Tai Chi Hub USA may allow users to contact listed providers through forms or other lead-generation functionality.

When a user sends an inquiry associated with a listing, information submitted through that inquiry may be delivered to the relevant listed provider or made available through an associated account dashboard as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tai Chi Hub USA does not guarantee:

- that a provider will respond;
- that a lead will result in a transaction;
- that a lead is qualified;
- that information supplied by a lead is accurate; or
- that any transaction will occur.

Providers receiving leads are responsible for using personal information lawfully and appropriately.

## 31. Paid Lead Access

Tai Chi Hub USA may offer paid access to certain lead information or lead-related credits.

If offered, applicable pricing, credit requirements, package sizes, and access rules will be displayed in connection with the service.

Lead credits or similar digital entitlements:

- may only be used for the purpose for which they were sold;
- have no cash value unless required otherwise by law;
- may not be resold or transferred without permission; and
- do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome.

Any additional terms presented when purchasing lead access are incorporated into these Terms.

## 32. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TaiChiHubUSA.com to:

- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- impersonate another person or business;
- fraudulently claim a listing;
- submit fake business information;
- create deceptive listings;
- manipulate rankings, ratings, reviews, or search results;
- submit fake reviews;
- harass or threaten users or providers;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- bypass security measures;
- scrape or harvest personal information for spam;
- send unsolicited bulk commercial communications;
- interfere with Website functionality;
- conduct fraudulent transactions;
- use the Website to facilitate illegal activity; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.

## 33. Automated Access and Scraping

Except for ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines or where we expressly authorize it, you may not use automated systems to systematically extract, reproduce, copy, download, or republish substantial portions of Tai Chi Hub USA's directory.

Prohibited automated activities may include:

- scraping;
- crawling for commercial replication;
- harvesting contact information;
- bulk copying listings;
- cloning the directory;
- extracting databases;
- bypassing technical restrictions; or
- using automated tools in a manner that materially burdens the Website.

Nothing in this section prohibits lawful activities that cannot legally be restricted.

## 34. Intellectual Property

Tai Chi Hub USA's original Website content, branding, organization, taxonomy, page design, graphics, editorial content, compilations, database structure, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tai Chi Hub USA and may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other applicable laws.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, images, reviews, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The inclusion of a third-party trademark or business name in a directory listing is for identification purposes and does not imply ownership by Tai Chi Hub USA.

## 35. Limited Permission to Use the Website

Subject to these Terms, Tai Chi Hub USA grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with the intended operation of the directory.

This permission does not include the right to reproduce or commercialize substantial portions of our directory without authorization.

## 36. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe material appearing on TaiChiHubUSA.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:

**info@taichihubusa.com**

Your notice should identify:

- the work or right you believe is infringed;
- the material at issue;
- the relevant Website URL;
- your contact information;
- the basis for your claim; and
- any evidence reasonably supporting your request.

We may request additional verification before removing or modifying disputed material.

## 37. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to:

- provider websites;
- booking platforms;
- social networks;
- Google Maps;
- payment processors;
- registration systems;
- government websites;
- community organizations; and
- other external services.

Tai Chi Hub USA does not control independent third-party websites.

We are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, terms, products, services, representations, or privacy practices.

Visiting or purchasing through a third-party website is at your own discretion and subject to that third party's terms.

## 38. Third-Party Ratings and Information

TaiChiHubUSA.com may display or reference information originating from third-party services, including ratings, review counts, maps, addresses, or other business information.

Such data may change without notice.

Tai Chi Hub USA does not guarantee that third-party information is continuously accurate or synchronized in real time.

Users should consult the original source when current information is important.

## 39. Tai Chi and Physical Activity Disclaimer

Tai Chi involves physical movement and, depending on the class or individual, may involve balance, stretching, weight shifting, standing exercises, weapons training, partner exercises, or other physical activity.

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.

Tai Chi Hub USA does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or individualized medical advice.

Information on TaiChiHubUSA.com is provided for general informational and directory purposes only.

Before beginning a new exercise or Tai Chi program, users should consider whether professional medical advice is appropriate based on their circumstances.

If you have concerns regarding your ability to safely participate in physical activity, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

## 40. No Medical Advice

Nothing appearing on TaiChiHubUSA.com should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

References to potential wellness, movement, balance, relaxation, mobility, stress-management, or other benefits are general informational statements and do not guarantee any particular health outcome.

Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through this Website.

## 41. Instructor Qualifications

Tai Chi teaching qualifications and certifications may vary substantially between instructors, schools, styles, organizations, and jurisdictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tai Chi Hub USA does not independently certify instructors.

Information concerning certifications, qualifications, experience, lineage, training, memberships, or credentials may originate from the provider or publicly available information.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating whether an instructor or program is appropriate for their needs.

## 42. Background Checks and Safety

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, Tai Chi Hub USA does not represent that it has conducted criminal background checks, professional-license checks, insurance verification, child-safety screening, facility inspections, or other comprehensive investigations of listed providers.

Users should conduct any due diligence they consider appropriate before attending a class or engaging an instructor.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for determining whether a provider is appropriate for a minor.

## 43. No Endorsement

A listing's presence on TaiChiHubUSA.com does not constitute an endorsement.

Likewise, none of the following by itself constitutes a recommendation or guarantee by Tai Chi Hub USA:

- Featured status;
- Verified status;
- sponsored placement;
- paid listing status;
- ratings;
- review counts;
- prominent placement;
- inclusion in search results; or
- publication in an article or category.

Ranking and visibility may be influenced by multiple factors, including relevance, location, category, content completeness, administrative settings, sponsorship, or paid features.

## 44. No Guarantee of Results

For businesses and advertisers, Tai Chi Hub USA does not guarantee:

- traffic;
- impressions;
- clicks;
- enquiries;
- leads;
- rankings;
- customers;
- revenue;
- search-engine placement;
- conversion rates; or
- any particular business result.

Purchasing a paid listing or advertising service buys the features expressly described for that service, not a guaranteed commercial outcome.

## 45. Search Engine Results

Tai Chi Hub USA does not control Google, Bing, or other search engines.

We make no guarantee that a listing will:

- be indexed;
- rank for a particular keyword;
- appear in a particular search position;
- retain any existing ranking; or
- receive any particular amount of organic search traffic.

## 46. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove Website functionality.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Interruptions may result from:

- maintenance;
- platform providers;
- hosting providers;
- payment services;
- security events;
- technical failures;
- third-party services;
- legal requirements; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

## 47. Platform Provider

TaiChiHubUSA.com may use Directify or other third-party infrastructure to provide Website functionality.

Certain account, listing, submission, payment, review, claim, lead, and related features may therefore depend on third-party infrastructure.

Tai Chi Hub USA is not responsible for failures caused exclusively by independent third-party platforms where such failures are outside our reasonable control.

## 48. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, listing, claim, subscription, advertisement, paid service, or other access where we reasonably believe:

- these Terms have been violated;
- a claim is fraudulent;
- content is unlawful;
- payment has failed;
- a security risk exists;
- the account is being abused;
- another person's rights are threatened;
- activity is deceptive or fraudulent;
- required verification has not been completed; or
- suspension is required by law.

Where practical, we may provide an opportunity to correct a violation, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

## 49. Removal of Listings

Tai Chi Hub USA may remove, unpublish, merge, archive, or modify a listing when reasonably appropriate.

Reasons may include:

- the provider has closed;
- the provider is no longer relevant to the directory;
- information is materially false;
- the listing is duplicated;
- the listing violates law;
- the listing infringes another person's rights;
- the listing is associated with fraud;
- the provider cannot be reasonably verified;
- a paid plan has ended and publication was dependent on that plan; or
- continued publication would materially harm the integrity of the directory.

## 50. Effect of Termination

When an account or paid service ends:

- access to account features may cease;
- premium functionality may be removed;
- Featured or Verified benefits connected to a paid plan may be removed;
- submitted content may remain in the directory where legally permitted;
- publicly available factual listing information may continue to be displayed; and
- payment obligations incurred before termination remain due.

Termination of a claim does not necessarily require deletion of the underlying public listing.

FOR USERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID TAI CHI HUB USA, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

## 53. Injuries and Provider Disputes

Tai Chi Hub USA is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, financial loss, or other harm resulting from activities performed under the instruction or supervision of an independent listed provider, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute concerning instruction, services, refunds, attendance, injuries, contracts, memberships, or provider conduct should generally be addressed directly between the user and provider.

## 54. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if you operate a business account, submit commercial content, claim a listing, purchase advertising, or otherwise use the Services for commercial purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tai Chi Hub USA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

- your advertisements;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- your misuse of personal information obtained through the Services;

This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.

We may modify the Services as Tai Chi Hub USA develops.

New functionality may be added and existing functionality may be changed or discontinued.

We may also introduce new paid services or change the structure of existing plans.

## 58. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on TaiChiHubUSA.com with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where required by law or appropriate due to the significance of a change, we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

## 59. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim against Tai Chi Hub USA, you agree, where legally permitted, to first make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Send the details of the dispute to:

**info@taichihubusa.com**

Please include sufficient information to identify the issue and the resolution you are requesting.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where necessary to protect legal rights.

## 60. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of the operator of Tai Chi Hub USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.

## 61. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to you, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.

## 62. California Consumer Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under California law.

If Tai Chi Hub USA offers automatically renewing subscriptions, paid listing plans, recurring claim plans, Featured plans, Verified plans, advertising plans, or other continuous paid services, material renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.

Where required, California consumers will be provided with:

- clear automatic renewal terms;
- pricing and billing frequency disclosures;
- affirmative consent before recurring charges begin;
- accessible cancellation methods;
- online cancellation where required;
- renewal notices where required;
- price-change notices where required;
- notices concerning qualifying free or discounted trials; and
- other protections required by applicable California law.

California residents may also review our separate **California Rights** page for additional privacy, subscription, cancellation, and consumer-rights information.

## 63. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

## 64. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

## 65. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer a business account, claim rights, subscription, or rights under these Terms without our permission where the transfer could affect account security, ownership verification, or contractual obligations.

Tai Chi Hub USA may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the Website or business.

## 66. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, California Rights Notice, and any additional terms displayed in connection with a specific paid plan, advertisement, promotion, or checkout constitute the agreement between you and Tai Chi Hub USA concerning your use of the relevant Services.

Where plan-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the plan-specific terms control only with respect to that particular transaction unless prohibited by law.
